Terms & Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.

Delivery area
Swiss Post deliveries are made worldwide. Courier deliveries are made worldwide, with the exception of Russia and China due to customs restrictions in these countries.

Delivery period
For in stock articles, dispatch is usually made within 1-2 working days of order placement. Please see our Shipping page for more information on how long it will take for your order to be delivered and for more information on our shipping options. Tracking numbers are sent to the customer for all delivery methods.

Should an article be currently out of stock, the expected availability is typically indicated. In case of any questions on availability, please contact us.

Delivery charges
For more information on our delivery charges, please see our Shipping page. Orders over $100 have a free delivery option. The free delivery option is sent registered mail with the Swiss post, using their “Economy” option.

Customs clearance
For customers not in Switzerland, there may be customs duties and charges for you to receive your order. These charges are payable by you.

All prices are in USD. As a small business, we are VAT exempt in Switzerland and there is no additional VAT for exports, though there may be charges on import into your country as per the above.

Terms of payment
The goods are delivered against payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card).

Complaints about product defects or about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing, within 14 days from delivery to Raffle, Rue Jules Gachet 5, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland or email: carl [at] raffle.ch

Returns policy
You have the right to cancel this contract and return the products within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by e-mail: carl [at] raffle.chat; or address: Raffle, Rue Jules Gachet 5, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland; of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. For reasons of speed, e-mail is the preferred method of contact.

To meet the returns deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of returns
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for the additional costs of courier delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, in the event of goods not arriving within a month of dispatch.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction
The sale of Products and/or Services and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Switzerland. For all disputes, Customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Switzerland.

Proprietary rights
Goods will remain the property of Raffle until payment has been made in full.

Limitation of Liability & Compensation
Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The color of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product color.

In installing and using our products, there is a risk of damage to your 3D printer or other device. You accept these risks and in placing your order indemnify Raffle from all direct or consequential damages. Claims for compensation due to installation and operation of the products are strictly excluded.
